Apple Cider Vinegar: No, apple cider vinegar will not remove moles. Some people report that acv can help heal acne scars and fade age spots, but there are no reports that it can remove moles.

Mole removal: It is foolish to try to remove a facial mole by yourself. Also when it is removed then the tissue should be sent to a pathologist to be sure there is no hidden cancer in it.
