Woke up this morning with an odd bump on my face. theres a really tiny raised bump on my cheek, then the area around it isnt raised but is the size of an pencil eraser & red. any ideas what it could be?

In a person your age, acne is not an uncommon cause of red bumps on the face. Another cause could be an insect bite. There are many mosquitos, chiggers, fleas and spiders in the environment right now that can all cause small, red raised bumps with a red base.
