Weight gain has to: Do with calories consumed being greater than calories burned. Sounds like some very nutritious foods. But fruits often have more sugars than vegetables. Your balance of fruits vs veggies is off. Encourage at least 5 servings of veggies per day and at least 4 of fruit. Your question really is not clear. Are you trying to gain or lose weight? Are you eating all of this plus 3 meals a day? Re-ask.
