Definitely NO: The only one of those foods that has ANY Vitamin A is eggs and 1 egg has only 8% the recommended daily intake of Vitamin A. Vitamin A is only found in foods of animal origin. Fruits and vegetables contain Beta Carotene, which our bodies can convert to Vit A as needed, but which NEVER cause excess Vitamin A no matter how much of them you eat.
