can eating a lot of fruit make you gain weight? i eat a lot of grapes, apples and bananas, and i suddenly gained a lot of weight, no reason.

Yes: Any food when consumed in excess of your need will cause you to gain weight.All the fruit you mention contains carbohydrates, fats and protein.A banana has the same calories as a can of cola and one a day can add a pound a month.
