Diet: Good for you! just be sure that your diet is balanced with other food so you are getting enough protein, fat, and complex carbs. Make sure you're not taking in too many calories.

Moderation: Fruits do contain sugar, more in some friuts than others, and too much sugar is unhealthy and may promote inflammation in your body and problems with Insulin regulation in your body. Moderation is the goal and fruits are good for you when eaten in sensible amounts. People who eat only fruits often have health problems including deficiency of vit B12 and important fatty acids and minerals.

Need variety.: Fruits are healthy food choices, but they shouldn't be the ONLY food you choose you eat. It would be great to include fruits with every meal of the day, but make sure you're getting other carbohydrate sources, like grains, and lean proteins. Salmon with mango. Blueberries and strawberries in a salad. Even peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
