I would put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in my orange juice 3x this past week. day 3 now on/off i feel a dull pain on upper right side by rib cage. could this have damaged my gallbladder? i dont feel anything after a meal, maybe after coffee?

Right sided pain : It is unlikely that the vinegar has caused the symptoms you describe. However with pain in this area there are possible other causes like gallbladder disease, stomach ulcer, which would need evaluation by your doctor through imaging and a thorough history and physical exam.
