Diet: Not even the most intense cable pulls will help unless you have near-zero body fat. Photo guy is heavily muscled but gets definition when and only when he loses fat. The key is changing how you approach food -- get comfortable being hungry for much of the day, and eat only when you sense you truly need to. Resistance cable pulls are your best for building mass when you're trim.
