Hello,after doing a lot of planks and getting rest,i started to feel pain in one of my lower abdomens,what could be the cause,maybe the overdoing it ?i completely avoided any kind of a physically exercise the includes abdomen muscle workout.

Abdomen pain: You need to find out the cause of your pain. It MAY be related to your workout even though you don't intentionally work on the abs. Please see your doc and if all is well ask a trainer at the gym for a workout plan that suits your needs. Peace and good health.
