Most likely: If your bite issue and TMJ problems are caused by having missing teeth, then dental implants should help alleviate much if not all of the symptoms.

Yes, but: Yes, but the interplay between bite problems, missing teeth and TMJ is very complex. For example, if as part of your tmj, you clench and grind your teeth, this would be a relative contraindication to implants. Make sure your treating docs are experts.

Correct ; cause TMJ: The implant itself will not correct a bite /tmj issues, the restorations placed on top of the implant, be it a bridge or a denture, can help with these problems or create more issues. Prior to implant placement. The cause(s) of the TMJ /bite issue need to be uncovered and if possible, provisionally restored to comfortable function. The "permanent" restorations are design to match the temps.

Not that simple: Tmjoint problems may or may not be related to occlusion (bite). Correcting the bite might include orthodontics, restorative dentistry including replacement of missing teeth. Dental implants are usually the next best replacement for missing teeth, but not the only method ; not always possible. A qualified dentist can address both the bite ; the TMJ issues. Make sure your dentist can handle or refer.

The bite issue only: You will get a perfect bite, but there is not warranties if the TMJ will improve. According to NHS: "Until we have scientific evidence for safe and effective treatments, it’s important to avoid, when possible, procedures that can cause permanent changes in your bite or jaw."
