If you have a malocclusion (bad bite), parafunctional habits, "fixing the bite" may help. Would recommend that you be evaluated by pecialis Orthodontist before proceeding further.

See an orthodontist for a consultation. A more harmonious occlusion will relieve undue stress when you close your teeth together.

Your problems are all related. A bad bite and TMJ can lead to pain stress on good teeth, causing looseness and gum problems. Best see a specialist to correct the bad bite and TMJ problem. The sooner you correct this problem the better the outcome.
