Easy: Eat a normal diet. There are NO repeat NO special foods having any magical benefit for skin. Eat vegetables, salads, nuts, berries, dairy, fruits, etc. Taking excessive vitamins beyond what is in food is not useful, may even be harmful. You do NOT need 8 glasses of water and "antioxidants" may be harmful.
