Dexorange syrup: Dexorange is made from vegetarian sources, not animal ones: http://tinyurl.Com/lq9vafc still, most men don't need extra iron if eating good diets -- including plenty of leafy greens as a vegetarian. Please have your doctor check your iron studies, and be sure you need supplementation before doing this. If you have low iron from bleeding, this needs to be investigated also.

Iron: To be sure, you should check at the ingradient. Most syrup is made from vegan. You should also confirm your iron def diagnosis first. If you have to take iron, you can easily get some iron tab from any drug store. Or it's easy to get iron from iron-rich vegan diet.
