Paleo or primal diet: Excess body fat is mostly nutrition then sleep and lastly exercise. Your body uses sugar and starch to make fat. So start by cutting back on those. Eat real food and stop all sugared drinks. Look for information on sleep hygiene to learn how to get better sleep. Then do the right foundational exercise - get outside and walk 20 minutes 3 days a week.
