OTC: Eucerin , cetaphil, neutrogena and cerave make good daily moisturizers and cleansers. Dove soap with short luke warm showers is what i recommend to my patients. Sarna is a nice anti itch lotion. If still itchy a prescription steroid cream may be needed. This should be determined by a board certified dermatologist
