MOISTURISERS/HC1%: Moisturisers available over the counter like eucerine, moisturel, exzaderm, oxyvectin, and many more. For flare ups you can use 1%hydrocotisone cream or oinyment for mild eczema if you need fancy moisturisers recommended by some are 1clinique super defence 2olay definity 3neutrogena healthy defence 4juice beauty 5la mer but expensive ones do not mean they are better.The chepest is crisco shortening.

OTC: Eucerin , cetaphil, neutrogena and cerave make good daily moisturizers and cleansers. Dove soap with short luke warm showers is what i recommend to my patients. Sarna is a nice anti itch lotion. If still itchy a prescription steroid cream may be needed. This should be determined by a board certified dermatologist
