Is cetaphil a good cream for children with eczema?

Yes, but...: But my personal favorite when dealing with eczema is cerave. Other creams that work well are eucerin and aquaphor. Always use the cream nor the lotion (which typically contains alcohol).

Yes, usually: Cetaphil comnes in different formulations and i think the thicker creams would work better than cetaphil lotions. Even then, some kids won't do well with it.
