My son (4yrs) has impatigo eczema, the dermatologist gave him a cream called advantan. its been more than 2 weeks now and the rash got smaller but recently its gotten worse and now starting to move down to his chin. what else can we try?

Ask your derm: Skin issues like eczema are complex & treatment needs vary with response to early measures & findings on exam. You should develop a written treatment plan with the derm you are seeing so you can increase or decrease the number & extent of treatments bases on day to day changes. Eczema is known to vary in intensity day to day with or without treatment.
