You need to be careful about using it on normal skin as it will cause thinning of normal skin. If you are not certain of the diagnosis, see a doctor first. But, in general, if used very sparingly and if you avoid normal skin, this can be ok to use. Best of luck to you!

Best to see a dermatologist. Continuous use of OTC cortisone products may end up with skin blanching. Neutrogena makes good products. Do some research, it's free. But do not believe all the ads
