Could have a : Hallux limitis or sesamoiditis. Are possibilities, gout could be a possibility as well. Obviously, a clinical exam and xrays would be advisable. See your local foot doc.

Have it evaluated.: Could be things such as gout, sesamoiditis, or possible arthritis. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
