Bigger bunion: Bunions can be a progressive deformity, causing misalignment of the big toe, and the bump enlarging and bowing out to the side and bottom side corner. Small bones call sesamoids can mistrack, causing more pronounced symptoms as well as enlargement. See a podiatrist or orthopedic foot surgeon, get an x-ray and discuss your treatment options.
