Running, biking, : Biking, running and swimming all tone the legs. Low weight and high reps on leg exercise machines at your local gym would help too. I find simple leg lifts and stretching helps. Lately, I have been using the long exercise bands and doing squats and that has provided quick tone changes. Hope this helps.
