Weighted squats,hip-: -sleds, leg extension machines as well as hamstring machines. These will push U 2 Ur limits easily.harder U work the stronger Up will get as well as building muscle mass.

Chair etc: Sitting agains the wall in a chair position will help build up your strength and tone. May also want to try bands for a milder exercise.
