It's not magic: It's not going to "remove toxins" or do anything for your weight that exercise and sensible diet won't. If it helps you relax, this old-fashioned yoga practice is fine. But the worst thing you can do if you're seeking health and fitness is to look to magic rather than getting serious about real exercise and educating yourself and changing your approach to eating.
