Can't hardly: Pee because of pain? Drink plenty of cranberry juice, coconut or just fluids and take some pain medicines to ease pain.Best thing to do is go to urgent care or er if severe pain !

Call your Dr.: You should call your dr. For continuity of care as even if closed, they should have someone covering for emergencies who could discuss your case and provide help. Plenty of fluids, and cranberry juice (which makes your urine acidic and may kill some bacteria) may help. But as stated, if a true uti, you may need medications or even a check at a minute clinic or urgent care center to easily DX you.

Need antibiotics: There are no otc antibiotics. You should probably been seen at an urgent care clinic or you local emergency department for appropriate treatment.

Emergency room: It would be prudent to go the nearest emergency room for an evaluation and treatment. There are no effective home remedies for what sounds like an infection.
