Keep testing: This depends on other symptoms (urgent or frequent urination?) and what tests you have had. Some UTIs are limited to the urethra ("urethral syndrome") and show low numbers of bacteria. What STD testing have you had? If sexually active, gonorrhea or chlamydia may be possible, maybe re-test to be sure. Keep working with your doctor, or maybe see gyn who specializes in infectious diseases.
