I've had a pilonidal cyst since i was 20, at least that's when i first discovered it. should i remove it? my concern is it turning to cancer.

If it is really: Just a pilonidal cyst, it is unlikely that it will turn into cancer. If it causes recurrent infection or if diagnosis not definite, you should have it removed. Consult with a surgeon or dermatologist.
