Had results yesterday that cyst removed from perineum contained 2mm cancer. i'm a nervous wreck, dr thinks it's all removed but what if it's elsewhere?

Probable local: 2mm cancer very small and if margins obtained around growth it is probably cured. Question asked is whether the small lesion is a skin malignancy or some other disease process elswhere that induced cytic formation with Ca contained or a primary cytic lesion with small area of transformation.
