Not very.: Simple cysts are often found incidentally on abdominal ultrasound or ct scan. These are typically in the liver or kidney. Especially if you are without symptoms, this is probably not significant. Follow your doctor's instructions whether to see a specialist, or just repeat the imaging scan after 2-3 months.

Liver cyst: De4pends on the cause of the cyst beign there. The best perosn to talk to would be a hepatologist.

A little...: There are cysts on ovaries, adrenal glands, bones, kidneys, breasts, and many other organs - even livers. Sometimes, these are problems; sometimes, they are nothing; and sometimes they are inbetween. A cyst on the liver is inbetween: not uncommon, but not frequent either. Because it has been found, it is worth following with serial ultrasounds every 6-12 months to assure stability.
