I am 24old and i am having alt(sgpt) level at 90%(max is 40%).i used to drink but occusionaly.now i am doing excersise, it will help to reduce to 40%?

Find cause: You're a young man and your elevated alt/sgpt (not a %, a real number) indicates something wrong that needs to be addressed.
