Not too high: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your ALT levels is not too high. If you are overweight that may explain it. If you are overweight, try to lose weight. A single reading of 75 is not reason to worry. You may repeat it in a year or so.
