Maybe nothing: This SGPT level, depending on the lab and your age, may not even be above the reference range. C-reactive protein often means nothing at all that anyone can figure out. How do you FEEL? Was you SGOT / AST up? Reference ranges are set, as you know, so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. There may not be any reason to be concerned. What did your physician say?
