Yes: 1 pint of beer twice a week would not be the cause of these elevated liver enzymes. You should be checked for hepatitis b and c. You shoulod be sure that you are not taking any other medicines that can be toxic to your liver such as chronic tylenol (acetaminophen) intake. You should stop drinking any alcohol until the cause of this enzyme elevation is found by your doctor.
