No alcohol, please: Heavy drinking is going to cause permanent liver damage. Alcoholic hepatitis or liver cirrhosis could be options if you will continue drinking.There are more complications of heavy alcohol consumption that mentioned above, but since liver enzymes are already elevated it means some liver damage has occurred.
