Hard to say: That bilirubin is borderline, and would need to know the breakdown (how much is direct and how much indirect bilibrubin) to make sense out of it. Those liver enzymes are very borderline, and should lead to testing for viral hepatitis. Since you quit drinking, the enzymes are normal, indicating that alcohol may have been responsible. I would repeat and fractionate the bilirubin.
