Biopsy Virchow's Nod: The L supraclavicular node is particularly worrisome. Due to the drainage of the lymphatic system, Virchow's node (as it is known) is commonly the first node that enlarges in cancers of the chest, abdomen, legs, & left arm. Scans can be negative & miss cancer, especially since they are anatomical scans, not functional ones (small cancers can be missed). Biopsy or PET recommended. TTYD or HT Prime.

Mgt: Lymph nodes may swell in response to infection. If the node is painful and/or red, please see your PCP. The swelling should diminish in the next several weeks.
