Lymph node chin?: Inflamed lymph node from teeth or gums or glands in neck, are few possibilities. Results of ct would confirm or rule out.

Hard nickel sized lump under left ear. 2 months. Getting harder and harder. ENT got CT scan done. Said no abnormalities/no swollen lymph nodes. If I lift my head or open jaw wide it sometimes get "stuck" and squishes out from under jaw. Scary.
