Possible, yes: But at age 30 it would be very unusual for you to still be getting a tooth (accept for wisdom teeth in the very back). Teeth can defiantly come in at odd angulations. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to have a dental exam and possibly an x-ray of the area.

Needs evaluation: As an orthodontist I have seen many impacted teeth, some that erupted spontaneously in middle age. See your dentist to evaluate, and ask if you should also see an orthodontist.
