Not normal: 1st baby tooth to erupt is lower central incisor. 1st & 2nd baby upper molars erupt at 2 & 3 respectively. Your child may have an enamel pearl. Please make an appointment with a Pedodontist, a Pediatric Dento-facial Growth & Development Specialist. No, it's not too early.
