When you lie down on bed in 3rd or 4th month pregnancy, can u feel your uterus(your lower abdomen) swollen or does it look flat like usual?

It depends...: It depends on your body build. If you are very thin you might notice, but not usually in the 3rd month. By the 4th month you can usually see a bit of belly as the uterus will now be above the pubic bone.
