At : At 31 weeks pregnant, any pain must be taken very seriously. As you know your body and have had other pregnancies, you know that this is unusual for you. Please call your gynecologist and describe your symptoms. Possibilities include pregnancy related causes or even gallbladder or stomach issues. Please discuss this with your gynecologist due to the advanced pregnancy.
