Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Fetal movement can be felt around 20 weeks gestation. If you are feeling movement in early pregnancy then it is likely gas or intestinal peristalsis
