I have a unilateral pulsatile tinnitus. Is it serious?
Bilateral pulsatile headache on top of the head/temples + pulsatile tinnitus when physical effort during simple daily activities and when lie down. Light+noise sensitivity. Spinal tap, brain MR normal. Neck, heart ultrason normal. What are we missing?
I have had unilateral pulsatile tinnitus for 3 years now in my right ear. I have done numerous tests and seen numerous specialists but to no avail. No signs of elevated CSF level & no spinal tap done. Does bruxism cause PT? I use a self dx mouthguard?
Pulsatile tinnitus, spasms-cheek, eye, facial fullness, sharp pain or numb. All symptoms intermittent, unilateral rt side. Carotid mra ok. Possibilities?
Had hiccups lasting less under 5 mins, during which rt ear first made a tone, felt full then there was a pounding/heart beat sound for 1-2 mins. Have gotten ear thing in past but rarely 1-2 year. Worry some? Is it pulsatile tinnitus? Normal BP 105/65?
