Had hiccups lasting less under 5 mins, during which rt ear first made a tone, felt full then there was a pounding/heart beat sound for 1-2 mins. have gotten ear thing in past but rarely 1-2 year. worry some? is it pulsatile tinnitus? normal bp 105/65?

It could have been transient pulsatile tinnitus, but ear drums can occasionally twitch just as a skeletal muscle does. Unless you have frequent and more longlasting episodes,I wouldn't go for a check on this at this time.
