For rather new onset of pulsatile tinnitus I recommend consulting an otolaryngologist or preferably a neurootolaryngologist at a university hospital if you want expert workup & advice. This symptom is sometimes caused by idiopathic intracranial hypertension in childbearing women although headaches are usually a prominent associated symptom of IIH.
