Not necessarily: The levels of lh (leutinizing hormone) and fsh (follicle stimulating hormone) - the latter sent from the pituitary gland to stimulate the ovary to produce estrogen while maturing an egg, and the former stimulating the mature egg to release and to stimulate the ovary to produce Progesterone - are not in themselves telling you about pcos. Your cycle length and whether you ovulate or not is critical.
