Complicated: There are so many symptoms and signs that are probably not connected, i would continue working with your doctor or get a second opinion. You have a ct scan with is neg. I assume it is of your pelvis. This would at least give us reassurance of no pelvic mass such as a ovarian cancer. Left lower quadrant pain could be, muscle, ureter, bladder, uterus, colon, hip, kidney.
