Dialysis: Your brother-in-law has the correct treatment for his end stage renal disease, hemodialysis. He needs to speak to his nephrologist to see if his vomiting is due to diabetic gastroparesis or due to some problems on dialysis, such as repeated hypotension. Urge him to do so.
