All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, had you provided the urine protein and creatinine results, that would have helped. Get you eGFR and urine protein tests done and talk to your doctor. Wish you good health!

It cannot be calculated because your urine is too diluted , I assume.
