Please advise what is the difference between scoliosis and dextroscoliosis?

Both scoliosis: Idiopathic scoliosis which is most common form has s shaped curve. Usually thoracic component is convex to right (dextroscoliosis) and lumbar component convex to left (levoscolisosis). Dextroscoliosis is curvature to the right.
