Follow up : With your doctor. We have no idea of the extent of the fracture. We do not see copies of your films and or mri's....

I had a non displaced fracture to the lateral side of my talus with my cartiledge still intact on mar 31st. Just got back from my first successful run since the injury. Ankle felt fine during the run but now it is grinding when i move it. Not necessarily
